Exchange eligibility

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused and unaltered, with original tags and labels attached.
• Exchange options depend on the availability of your preferred item, size or color.
• Contact us before sending anything back so our team can confirm the next steps and any applicable courier arrangements.

Need help with a damaged or incorrect item?

Send us your order number and clear photographs. Our team will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

How to request an exchange

Returns and refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Eligible items may be exchanged under the 7-day conditions above. This does not affect remedies required by applicable law for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
